The Center supports educational activities in partnership with local K-12 schools and local colleges and universities that bring cultural and historical experiences to students and position the Center as a resource for collaborative education into social justice and civil liberties issues.
The Kid’s Zone is a bridge the Center uses to move young students from knowledge to understanding. Here, teachers can engage students in active learning experiences. Opportunities for art exploration, multi-media and hands-on projects fill this unique space.
For educators interested in including the Center in their educational experiences, please contact the Center staff at firstname.lastname@example.org.
